Job Responsibilities:
Assist and collaborate with the Supply Chain Department, responsible for maintaining operational systems, processing purchase orders, tracking orders, confirming receipt of goods, and overseeing follow-up and inspection processes. Additionally, manage contract administration and ensure proper collection, organization, and archiving of supplier and customer documents. Conduct screening, inspection, and shipment of raw materials, as well as other items required by the company and its customers, while also handling quality assurance tasks.
Job requirements:
Full-time college diploma or above, preferably in a field related to logistics, procurement, or marketing; prior relevant work experience of 1 year or more is preferred. Must be familiar with procurement processes and have a strong understanding of the quality and market trends for relevant purchasing materials.
