The secondary wiring system employs standardized cabling techniques to ensure precise and reliable control circuits. High-quality, flame-retardant wires are carefully selected and paired with cold-pressed terminals for secure connections—every joint is additionally treated with anti-loosening measures. The wire harness features a layered routing design, neatly organized within cable trays and secured using spiral wrapping tubes, effectively minimizing signal interference. The system integrates an intelligent control module, enabling remote monitoring and automated operations.

Before leaving the factory, they are subjected to stringent testing and inspections—compliant with national standards as well as tailored customer requirements—including partial discharge tests, lightning impulse withstand tests, noise assessments, and other mandatory inspections. State-of-the-art testing equipment and a comprehensive inspection system ensure that our products maintain exceptional quality and reliability.

•   Ambient temperature: -5°C to +40°C, with an average temperature of below +35°C over any 24-hour period.

•   Transportation and storage process: Between -25°C and +55°C, the temperature can briefly reach up to +70°C (for no more than 24 hours).
