The high-voltage winding conductors are wound using premium-quality materials, with short and long glass fiber mats serving as reinforcing fillers. The entire assembly is then cast under vacuum conditions using the world-class Heidelberger vacuum casting system. This process effectively suppresses partial discharge phenomena, ensuring that the partial discharge level remains below 5 pC.

The iron core is made from high-quality, highly permeable grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, fabricated using a 45-degree full-shear stepped lapping process. Its surface features a special moisture- and rust-resistant coating, which effectively reduces no-load losses, no-load current, and noise levels.

The low-voltage winding is crafted using high-quality pin conductors and wound automatically on a specialized winding machine. This machine incorporates "hydraulic, energy-efficient tension-coiling technology for wire materials," along with ±0.5mm high-precision detection and advanced hydrogen-flux welding techniques—key factors in ensuring the exceptional quality of the coil winding process.
