Featuring the latest-generation SiC power devices, this product delivers an exceptionally wide constant-power output range (200–1000V) and achieves peak efficiency exceeding 97%, with full-load efficiency consistently maintained above 96%. Thanks to its innovative structural design, our charging module boasts ultra-high power density, enabling a footprint that’s more than 30% smaller than conventional products. Additionally, it integrates an intelligent thermal management system along with multiple advanced safety features—such as hot-plug protection and reverse-battery connection safeguarding—totaling 12 robust safety mechanisms to ensure reliable operation.
Mechanical Structure Machining
Structural precision is ensured through CNC punching, laser cutting, and bending processes, while the surface undergoes rust-proof coating and anti-oxidation treatment to enhance durability. Key components feature a modular design, enabling rapid assembly and maintenance. The entire structure is IP54-rated for protection, balancing strength with effective heat dissipation.
Testing and Inspection Technology
